As some of you know, I’ve taken the post- Christmas New Year’s gym rush as an opportunity to avoid the gym and try out some new workout routines.
I love this challenge because:
A) It has very clear cut instructions for each day, starting small so you don’t feel like you’re falling into the middle of a routine that makes you think you’re in over your head
B) Alissa is one of the most positive, motivating people I know, and I love doing a challenge with her! She keeps me moving forward!

I’m waiting until January 1st to start this challenge. Not because I’m all about the “new year, new resolution” thing. Mainly because I’m becoming forgetful in my old age, and timing the days of the challenge with the days of the month is going to be WAY easier to remember 😉
But I’m crazy excited to start it! As a realist, I’m well aware that it’s going to take more than 30 days to get this chica to flat abs, but I know 30 days can make a huge difference, and I need a regimen to start a habit. (do I know myself or what??)
This challenge is a phenomenon that’s sweeping the nation!
